okay okay, anw, with the change in blogskin, no points for guessing my new craze: Ouran High School Host Club! *grabs Tamaki, Hikaru and Kaoru* and they're mine! muahahaha! ESP TAMAKI, cos he's just soooooo ... host?? muahahaha! tamaki-kun!

and guess who's my new fave author? clue: he passed away in 1940, so it's not Ian Fleming. it's American literary great, F Scott Fitzgerald! i know, his name's a mouthful, but it's so deserving. i'm hoping to get The Great Gatsby, but for now i'm pretty contented with The Popular Girl (which consists 4 other short stories). all the love stories are sweet and true. they're so honest. darn. too bad no such guys exist now. muahaha.

so out of the stories that i've read by Fitzgerald, i have a fave character: Scott Kimberley. it must be the whole 1920s things where the guy's a gentleman, but how he helped Yanci was the sweetest. sighs.

okay, i am so a sucker for romance. bring on wuthering heights or pride and prejudice! or not. i like Darcy, but it's okay. too classical for me.

my past few weeks had been relatively filled with cases of tense and sore muscles. it's not fun at all. even now, i have a stray one. let's hope it'll be okay soon. aminn.

watching Cinta Fitri 3 now, and mannn, i HATE Bram. today he reappeared and just created some cock and bull story about why he was gone all this while. if i was maya, i wouldn't have just slapped him; i'd have beat him up and send him out of the country like he has promised to.

in any case, i have actually sat down to read a great book by Brad Thor entitled The First Commandment. Scot Harvath is a great character, everything that a reader could ever ask for in a spy. or a former spy. whatever. point is, i love the fact that the chapters are short and also the entire storyline. i swear, by the time i was 1/4 into the book, i was already envisioning myself as a spy. i know Harvath was going against the orders of the US govt and the CIA, but that didn't stop me from pretending to be a CIA covert agent for a while. reminds me of the time when i was a huge Alias fan, what's with Sydney and SD-6 agents.

sighs. i miss watching YGO, be it the actual show or the abridged series.
